Geoff and Craig Stevens started CCASA back in 2002 with a handful of clients and a whole lot of passion. Australian laws have changed since then but CCASA’s focus is still the same: we go the extra mile for our clients. Many of those founding clients are still with CCASA today.
Over the years CCASA has grown from a ‘father and son’ business to the leading provider of company compliance services in Australia. With offices in Perth and Melbourne we now service over 11,000 companies. No wonder we’re all so busy!

Craig is the Founder and Director of CCASA and is a compliance connoisseur. He sat on the ASIC Business Advisory Committee and was consulted by ASIC about changes to the Business Names process. Craig is passionate about helping the ‘little guy’, whether through giving small Australian businesses the resources of large companies or his love of rehabilitating wildlife and supporting local and overseas charities. He really is a helpful guy!
Hayley is a vital member of the CCASA team and is our longest serving Compliance Officer. She has a wealth of ASIC knowledge and expertise to offer clients and never fails to deliver an A1 result. Hayley is very artistic and a keen florist, photographer and baker. Best of all, Hayley is the comedian of the office and keeps the team spirit high!
Courtney moved from New Zealand to Perth in 2013 and joined our team as Compliance Officer in 2014. Courtney covers all your compliance needs from simple changes to complex share work. When she’s not setting clients up with new incorporations, trusts and superannuation funds, Courtney enjoys camping and fishing.
Gabrielle is our new Compliance Officer at our Melbourne Office. She has experience in client services and administration within the accounting, finance and banking fields. Gabrielle has always had an interest in ASIC and is excited to join the CCASA team. In her spare time, Gabrielle is very active in the Rotary community as well her obliged Aunty duties to her six nieces and nephews when she gets a chance.
Emily joined CCASA in 2016 as Administration Assistant, which is great because she’s a self-proclaimed perfectionist. Emily assists with debt reporting, annual reviews and other general enquiries. She may be the youngest member of our team but she is invaluable. Emily has lived in Perth all her life but can’t wait to travel the world. We just hope she always comes back to CCASA!
