Terms and Conditions
Each person or legal entity engaging the services of Celtic Holdings Pty Ltd Trading As Company Compliance & Advisory Services Australia (CCASA) to facilitate the preparation of legal and commercial documentation does so subject to the following terms and conditions. By placing an order with CCASA, you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the following terms and conditions, you should not use this site.
- CCASA are not lawyers or Accountants. We cannot and do not provide legal advice for any product or service, however our legal team is available to answer all your questions.
- We can provide you with all Worldwide Company, Australian Company Compliance, Australian Trust’s (Family, Unit) deeds, and Superannuation deeds. We can organize all legal assistance for you if required via our legal partners.
- All products or services purchased from CCASA are to be paid in full within 14 days of the invoice date. Payment can be made in cash, cheque or electronic funds transfer (EFT).
- Payment for products and services, all products and services ordered are the responsibility of the firm and or person ordering the product or service. The name that appears on the invoice (to whom CCASA are invoicing) is responsible for payment of the account. CCASA requires all accounts to be settled on or before the due date. We do not sent out reminders and reserve the right to on charge any costs of recovering the debt from the company that ordered the goods or services, their name (or company name) will always appear on our invoice.
- Note all fee’s are subject to change without notice. We always recommend you call us for our current price’s.
- Where the firm ordering the product or services is an incorporated entity the directors of the company accept all responsibility for payment of the CCASA invoice.
- For companies or Individuals who are not an existing client of CCASA we will require C.O.D. unless prior arrangements have been made .
- The target audience for this website are professionals such as Lawyers, Registered Migration Agents, Financial Planners and Accountants. If you are not a professional person (as previously mentioned) you are still welcome to utilize our products and services, however we strongly recommend you seek professional advice before ordering any product or service.
- All Legal Documents, Trust’s and Superannuation Deeds have been written by an Australian lawyer. Answers submitted to generate a legal agreement are checked and if necessary altered by a registered Australian lawyer before they are released for sale. All legal documents are backed by the professional indemnity insurance carried by our lawyers.
- Returns, CCASA will accept the return of Trust Deeds, policies and procedure manuals and Superannuation deeds within one (1) week of delivery to the client, after this time we will accept the return up to one (1) month from delivery date with a 50% re-stocking fee for all products and services. For incorporations of PTY LTD Companies, once we lodge the incorporation documents with ASIC they are public record and the ASIC fee has been paid by CCASA and is non-refundable as such all incorporation fee’s are non-refundable.
- Delivery of your products. CCASA will provide a next day delivery to any Australian Capital city, however while we strive to offer the same delivery service for country Australia we are bound by the delivery times of our couriers. Normally country Australia still receives next day delivery from CCASA, but where the nominated courier service can not deliver next day we are then unable to offer next day delivery. Overseas destinations, please ask CCASA for delivery times, we will require the Country and locality within the country of delivery. All Clients may use their own delivery service, we do however offer all Australian delivery’s free of charge.
- Urgent Requests and Special requests. CCASA can where required offer a one (1) hour service, in times of need we can provide you with you’re A.C.N. within one (1) hour, this includes faxing or e-mailing you a copy of the certificate of incorporation. Note there is no extra charge for this. Note this may not be available for overseas purchases due to time zone’s.
- Privacy - we have our own stringent privacy policies in use within our company, we also adhere to the provisions of the Australian Privacy Act.
