Who we are

Craig Stevens and Geoff Stevens are co founders of CCASA.

Craig started his career working in the Information and Technology sector primarily in companies specialising in oil & gas. Company Compliance & Advisory Services Australia provide corporate secretarial services and advice to over 6,000 companies. CCASA's customer base includes small to medium size accounting firms in Perth and surrounding country areas, interstate accounting and legal firms and some of the worlds largest privately owned international oil and gas companies. Craig has helped several of these companies enter into the Australian Marketplace by providing compliance services and specialist advice with emphasis on ASIC regulations. Being a director and manager of his own business has provided Craig with indepth experience around the critical issues of running a company, risk management and company compliance. Craig's hands on approach ensures that his clients always have someone at their side who can deliver expert knowledge.

Geoff Stevens has well over 20 years of specialist compliance experience including experience in the corporate section of a chartered secretarial firm and working for the Australian Securities Investment Commission (ASIC). Geoff's recent retirement has seen changes in his day to day contact with clients at CCASA however his expert knowledge and connections within this industry continue to make his contributions invaluable. Geoff maintains relationships with clients and promotes CCASA's products and services throughout Australia.

What we do

Company Compliance & Advisory Service Australia (CCASA) is a firm that concentrates solely on providing a corporate secretarial service, primarily, to the accounting and legal professions. CCASA prepares the necessary paperwork required for compliance with the Corporations Act 2001 on your behalf.

The compliance work involves changes to officeholders, shareholders and addresses. The company binders remain in your office at all times. Changes are prepared on your instruction and all documents forwarded to your office for signing and filing.

We are able to provide your office with the following services should they be required:

Corporate Binders

Statutory Records must be maintained by law. Our services provides full compliance with the Corporations Act 2001.

We can examine company binders for compliance with the Act and supply a written report detailing the results of the examination.

CCASA can attend your office to examine a company binder or alternatively the binder can be forwarded to our office for examination. We can also provide you with new CCASA binders.
